2.3 Single Account. Each individual Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on the 30jl platform. Multiple account creation for the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
2.4 You may not register or use the 30jl platform if you are an employee, director, officer, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of 30jl or any of its affiliate companies, game providers, or business partners.
3.1 To access the full suite of 30jl services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested, including a valid Philippine mobile number and date of birth.
3.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Any activity conducted under your account credentials will be deemed to have been authorized by you. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, you must notify 30jl support immediately.
3.3 30jl implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements applicable in the Philippines. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, PhilSys ID) prior to processing your first withdrawal or upon reaching specified transaction thresholds.
3.4 All personal information provided to 30jl must be truthful and up to date. Providing false information during registration or KYC verification constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balances.
4.1 Accepted Methods. 30jl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya, major Philippine bank transfers (including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank), 7-Eleven Cliqq, and select cryptocurrency networks (USDT TRC20/ERC20, Bitcoin, Ethereum). 30jl reserves the right to modify the list of accepted payment methods at any time.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Philippine Peso (PHP) 100, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. Same-day processing applies to GCash and Maya withdrawals for fully verified accounts during operational hours. 30jl is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking holidays, or network outages.
4.4 Withdrawal Limits. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are published in the Cashier section of the platform. These limits may be adjusted based on account verification status and VIP tier.
4.5 30jl does not accept deposits from or process withdrawals to accounts held by third parties. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

5.1 All bonuses and promotional offers made available by 30jl are subject to specific terms stated at the time of the offer. In the event of a conflict between general bonus terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiple and eligible games will be clearly stated with each bonus offer. Bonus funds and real money funds are tracked separately in your account.
5.3 30jl reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, cancel an active bonus, or forfeit bonus-related winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage, or any other fraudulent use of promotional offers.
5.4 Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Multiple accounts created to claim bonuses multiple times will be flagged and closed.

9.2 30jl's total aggregate liability to you in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your 30jl account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 30jl makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Maintenance windows, network outages, or third-party provider interruptions may periodically affect service availability.
10.1 30jl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement. By using the 30jl platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
10.2 30jl will not sell your personal data to third parties. Information may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and fraud prevention services as required by law or as necessary for the operation of the platform.
